[rancid] RANCiD 3.6.1

RANCiD 3.6.1 is available at
ftp://ftp.shrubbery.net/pub/rancid/rancid-3.6.1.tar.gz

The next release will be 4.0, which will no longer include support for
Compass EOS.  A fix for handling of ACOS AFLEX groups that was removed
in 3.6 is a WiP for 4.0 and we need folks who can test it.

3.6.1 is just a maintence release, primarily for the par bug, which will
does not affect Linux, FreeBSD, or NetBSD.

        ios.pm: filter license registration timestamp

        fnrancid: filter oscillating md5-keys

        par.c: fix misplaced pointer deref
